The PIECE OF Baltic Competitions ended the 11th of April 2013 and the jury gathered on friday the 19th of April in Riga to grade the final works. The jurys verdict is final and the winning jewelry pieces will become part of our PIECE OF Collection.
Our honorable jury had some difficulties to select one Piece of Finland. There were two pieces above the others that will now continue the competition. Our enthusiastic designers will keep on working a few more weeks. Or shall there be two pieces for you to wear at the end?
This has just been such a great day, just feeling so happy! Our team from Laurea won the Innomaraton competition by planning Piece of Memories a communication and PR plan. PIECE OF Norway is designed by Elena Glosli from HiOA Oslo, Norway. Her artwork – Årring / Tree Ring – is included in the PIECE OF collection and is available in our web shop.
PIECE OF Denmark is designed by Aviaaja Kleist Burkal from KEA in Copenhagen, Denmark. Her winning design – Hygge – will be included in the PIECE OF collection in spring 2013.
PIECE OF Sweden is designed by Emil Gustafsson from KHiO, Sweden. His artwork – Fika – is included in the PIECE OF collection and is available in our web shop in spring 2013.
